Timeframe for Exchange Requests You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a product exchange.
Exchange Conditions:
Must be unworn and in perfect condition
Must retain original packaging and all tags
Must show no signs of wear, dirt, or damage
How to request an exchange?
Contact us by email with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
We will confirm the return shipping address.
Ship the product at your expense — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you the new product.
Exceptions Exchanges will not be accepted for worn, damaged, or items not retaining their original packaging.
Depreciation for use
In accordance with Article L221-23 of the Consumer Code, if a returned product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning, the refund may be reduced proportionally to the observed depreciation. In case of returning a manifestly used product, a deduction will be applied to the refunded amount.
Right of Withdrawal (EU) In accordance with European regulations, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days without having to provide a reason.
